The presentations, given by the high-profile speakers, made the conference on "Genesis and Becoming” an interesting and engaging event. The conference plays a significant role in the Italian cultural scene, providing a meeting place for intellectual reflection, interfaith dialogue, and interdisciplinary discussion.

The presence of His Eminence Cardinal Gerard Müller, Prefect Emeritus of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, was noteworthy. In his speech, 'In the beginning was the Word', he wanted to emphasise the central role of Jesus Christ, who provides a solid basis for the Christian faith and its actions.

At the invitation of the organisers, the Grand Prior of Italy, H.E. GCLJ Gen Basilio Viola, took part in the event with some members of the Grand Priory of Italy.

During dinner, H.E. the Grand Prior of Italy, had a brief but fruitful conversation with His Eminence Cardinal Gerhard Müller. This provided an opportunity to explain the various activities carried out by the Grand Priory of Italy and the Order, through its delegations around the world, in favour of leprosy patients, the needy and the vulnerable.

In closing greetings, His Eminence Cardinal Gerhard Müller thanked His Excellency the Grand Prior of Italy for the dedication of the Grand Priory of Italy's members in supporting those forgotten by civil society.
