A Registration fee of 120 Euro
per person has to be transferred in advance by request of the Tourist-Office. The Registration fee includes the Gala Dinner, drinks during the Gala Dinner, drinks for the Reception, the Lunch in the Priest House organized on Saturday before we start with the Way of the Cross, located vis-à-vis the Chapel of Grace and the Basilica on the Kapellenplatz (1).
The Reservation for Hotel rooms is possible only by your selected category - see Registration Form
. Shortly after you have sent your registration form you will receive a confirmation from the Tourist-Office indicating the hotel that has been selected for you according to your chosen category.
When you arrive in Kevelaer, it is important that you first go to the Tourist-Office to pick up your meeting documents and pay your hotel fees in advance. At that time, you will receive your hotel voucher and may go to your hotel. Incidental expences incured at your hotel must be paid directly to the hotel. All events are organized by the Order.

The GP EU is responsible for the organisational part of the Pilgrimage. Together with the Grand Prior we decided to organize the accommodation and the meetings in locations other than Krickenbeck Castle. We asked the Kevelaer Tourist-Office to handle the registration and reservation and the accommodation. All accommodations are now reserved in local Hotels in the City of Kevelaer. The Tourist-Office has made reservation for 266 beds in all price categories. See the listing for details.
